As a project mangament consultant I have successfully managed multiple projects, some with shared resources. Keeping track of all projects, issues, schedules and resources would be a logistical nightmare without using industry best practices as outlned by the PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) and tools like Microsoft Project and this Custom Project Management Application I developed.

Project: A custom project mangement application.

Management: The goal of this project was to create a custom project management application that I could deploy for all my clients.

This application tracks Issue Logs, Change Requests, Risk Registers, Meeting Minutes, Team members and Timesheets.

Reports include Team Contact Lists, Issue Logs, Open Issues Past Due Date, Change Logs, Open Changes Past Due Date, Risk Registers, Meeting Schedules and Minutes, Time Sheets, Action Logs, Issue Management Stats, Change Management Stats and more.
